The Perthshire Artisans 3rd Summer of Art Exhibition - ASSEMBLE26 - promises to be a vibrant celebration of creativity, craftsmanship and community, bringing together an inspiring collection of work from 30 members of Perthshire Artisans, 4 of whom will be exhibiting for the first time as having recently joined the collective.

ASSEMBLE26 is at the Civic Hall, 2 High Street (near the river view point at the top of the High St) and is open daily (10-5pm) from Saturday 18 July to Sunday 2 August. The Civic Hall is a lovely bright, light and accessible venue for everyone to enjoy their visit.

From original paintings and sculptures to ceramics, textiles, glass, jewellery and handcrafted gifts, the exhibition showcases a diverse range of work created by the Perthshire Artisans who draw inspiration from the region’s stunning landscapes, heritage and wildlife. A couple of Artisans will be manning the exhibition each day, and meeting the artists in person adds a special dimension allowing visitors to learn about the stories, techniques and inspiration behind their work.

Beyond the visitor’s enjoyment and showcasing the breadth of talent from the area, the exhibition plays an important role in supporting the creative community. For participating artists and makers, it provides a valuable platform to showcase their work to new audiences, build their professional profile and connect directly with potential customers and collectors.

The exhibition also encourages collaboration and networking among creatives, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. By celebrating local talent and promoting the importance of handmade and original work, Perthshire Artisans continues to strengthen the region’s thriving creative sector.

Whether you are an avid art collector, searching for a unique gift, or simply looking for an inspiring day out, the Perthshire Artisans 3rd Summer Art Exhibition is a date for your diary.

Perthshire Artisans, set up in 2020 and run on a not-for-profit basis by enterprise support organisation GrowBiz, supports small creative businesses throughout Perth & Kinross which are a valuable asset to the thriving creative landscape of our area. Find out more on www.perthshire-artisans.scot.
