AD | New Summer Menu at Dalmore Inn is 'Game' for Anything

The Dalmore Inn & Restaurant in Blairgowrie has announced its launched a new Summer Menu, jam packed with delicious fresh and seasonal ‘never before seen’ dishes, alongside its traditional crowd-pleasing favourites.

The all day dining venue, situated on Perth Road, is known for its relaxed, fine dining style, offering a wide range of menus, including a lunch menu, a light lunch menu, a steak menu, and main dinner menu. It also has daily changing specials, offering starters, mains and desserts. There’s a children’s menu to help out families.

Local produce is to the fore, with the Dalmore Inn using a proven selection of trusted suppliers, ensuring that its team of skilled chefs are well equipped with fantastic fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, and local berries.

A signature dish on the new menu is the mouth-watering venison burger, topped with blue cheese, maple glazed bacon, truffle mayo, skinny fries and beetroot coleslaw.

Dalmore Inn favourites, such as fish and chips, Whitby scampi, macaroni cheese, and steak are also still available.

For starter, why not try the Heritage Tomato Caprese salad, or the Smoked Salmon Roulade, served with shaved asparagus and cucumber?

When it comes to desserts, The Dalmore Inn really comes into its own, with all desserts freshly made on the premises. New selections include a passionfruit cremieux, served with brownie bites, caramelised white chocolate & dark chocolate sorbet, or the fresh and zingy grapefruit posset, with shortbread biscuits and raspberry sorbet.

Local Perthshire berries are showcased to the maximum in the local berry pavlova, served with Chantilly cream and vanilla gelato.

“Summer offers many seasonal delights, and we are delighted that this new menu makes the very most of this time of the year. We are very fortunate to be based in an area rich in beautiful produce, which Iain and his team prepare with real skill and invention. Come and try our new Summer Menu. We still have 20% off all food on midweek dining for the rest of June,” said Arnaud Merrouche, General Manager of the Dalmore Inn.

“This offer may also suit groups and associations, who could be looking to get together over lunch or dinner.  June brings the end of the school term, so maybe local teachers could also come in for a meal before the summer holidays.”
